"Emory & Henry College has always prided itself on being transparent in all of our dealings.

When we learned that there might have been rules violations in our NCAA program, we had an internal investigation and our findings concerned us enough that we self reported these concerns to the NCAA.

The NCAA has conducted its own investigation and found inconsistencies between their policies and in the ways some aspects of our Division III program had been managed.

We have cooperated with the NCAA in the investigation and we believe that the NCAA’s decision is fair and makes sense."
