Noah Arni is in his second year as Director of Strength & Conditioning at Emory & Henry College after serving as assistant director during the fall semester of 2021. Arni is responsible for the development, implementation, and management of individual and group strength & conditioning training programs for the College's more than 500 student-athletes.

Before being hired at Emory & Henry, Arni was the strength & conditioning coach for the baseball team at Milligan University from 2019-21 while earning his master's degree in sport science from East Tennessee State University. His responsibilities during his time at Milligan included planning and implementing speed, agility, endurance and weightlifting training programs, while also being on the weight room floor with the team coaching the players during their training sessions. Arni was also responsible for monitoring the athletes using various methods to gauge progress and effectiveness of the training programs while also monitoring athlete readiness.

Prior to his time at Milligan, Arni was a sport performance intern at Excelerate Sport - Snohomish Sports Institute, a private-sector strength & conditioning center, in Snohomish, Washington for the summer of 2018. There, Arni observed and helped coached youth, high school and collegiate athletes through training sessions.

Before becoming a strength & conditioning coach, Arni was a collegiate baseball player at the University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, Missouri, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in exercise science & sports nutrition. 

Arni earned his Master's Degree from East Tennessee State University in sport science & coach education in the spring of 2021.
