Boys' Basketball

Team Camp - Friday, June 22 - Sunday, June 24
For Varsity and JV teams
Guaranteed six games
End of Camp Tournament (Wasps Classic)
High School Officials
Overnight Stay Includes 2 Nights in Air-Conditioned Dorms and 6 Meals in Cafeteria
Each camper receives a t-shirt
Individual and Team Stats Post Each Day

Boys' & Girls' Basketball

Little Wasps Basketball Camp - Monday, June 25 - Thursday, June 28 - 9:00 a.m. - noon
Camp is designed for boys and girls ages 8-13
Camp is instructed by Emory & Henry Men’s Basketball coaches & players
Campers will learn fundamental basketball skills through drills, demonstrations, and games
Each camper will receive a camp ball and a camp t-shirt
Charge will be $80 per camper (if registering on site, please make checks payable to: Emory & Henry Men’s Basketball)

Girls' Basketball

Individual Skills Clinic - Sunday, April 22 - 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Designed for grades K through 12, this camp seeks to develop all basketball skills - shooting, passing, dribbling, rebounding and defense. Our staff will immerse each camper in the sport, giving them the type of focused, intensive training that is essential to skill improvement. This camp is great for basketball players of all ages. Campers will be separated into groups based on age and skill to ensure appropriate specialized instruction. Campers may bring their own lunch or purchase pizza for $1.00 per slice. Elite Individual Camp - Monday, June 11 - Tuesday, June 12 - 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Emory & Henry Women's Basketball is pleased to offer a two-day individual developmental camp for players who are serious about the game of basketball and who have a strong desire to plays at the college level. Campers will be instructed in a series of position-specific drills designed to challenge and improve all areas of the individual's game. In addition to skill development, campers will have the opportunity to learn about the college admission process, strength and conditioning, and nutrition. Instruction will be conducted by Emory & Henry College Women's Basketball staff and players. Campers receive a t-shirt. Campers may bring their own lunch or buy their lunch in the College cafeteria. Team Camp - Wednesday, June 13 - Friday, June 15
Campers and coaches will leave Emory & Henry College with a better understanding of how their team competes against teams of a different caliber and type of play. Teams will be paired based on a level to ensure ultimate competition. Teams could play up to eight games, playing college like game quarters. During their time here, they will get a feeling of a college atmosphere, as well as, the Emory & Henry campus. The E&H swimming pool will be available for recreation each day.

Each camper receives a custom camp shirt. All meals are served in E&H's Van Dyke Dining Hall with an "all you care to eat" buffet with various menu options.

Cheerleading

Junior Wasps Cheer Camp - Saturday, June 16 (Ages 4 & Up)
An informative camp for ages 4+ with focus on technique and instruction in tumbling and stunting skills. Wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes. Bring a bottled water, swimsuit, and towel. Cost for the camp is $45.00 which includes lunch (t-shirt available for $10.00 more).

Men's Soccer

Summer Futures Camp - Saturday, July 28 - 12:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.
The 2018 Emory & Henry College Summer Futures Camp is an intense, one-day experience designed to provide an aspiring high school male soccer player a preview of a typical preseason training session with Emory & Henry’s men’s intercollegiate soccer team. This training opportunity is also a great way to visit and tour the Emory & Henry College campus. Online Registration

Softball

 

Exposure Camp - Saturday, August 11 (Rising 9th-12th Graders)
This is an intense one-day softball camp for high school players who are interested in competing at the collegiate level. Players will have the opportunity to sharpen their skills with instruction from softball experts and showcase their talents for college coaches. Several colleges will be invited to send representatives to this event. Limited spots are available.

 

 

Volleyball

Little Wasps Day Camp

Open to ages 5-10

Purpose
The purpose of this camp is to introduce volleyball at a young age with fundamental skill based instruction with small group hands on training.  Campers will be introduced to all facets of volleyball in a fun and competitive atmosphere. Online Registration

Open to ages 14-18

Purpose
The purpose of this camp is to provide directed approach of instruction with small group training. This camp is for athletes who want to pursue their career collegiately. Campers will work on all skills however three sessions on Day 1 and Day 2 will be positional only training. Campers will finish the camp with a session scrimmaging other campers.
