BRISTOL, Va. – The Intermont Equestrian at Emory & Henry College IDA Team rounded out the double-header weekend, claiming the honors of the High-Point team on Sunday and the Reserve High-Point team on Saturday.

First Level
Junior Lindsay Shaw (Newark, Del.) won the level for the team with a score of 69.815% on Saturday and claimed second for the team on Sunday with a score of 66.818%. Sophomore Ava Harry ( Wake Forest, N.C.) competed individually on Sunday and placed fifth with a score of 61.818%.
Upper Training Level
Senior Eleanor Boyle (Boyds, Md.) grabbed a victory for the team on Sunday, scoring a 71.034%, on Saturday, she individually placed fourth with 67.069%. Boyle was high-point rider on Sunday. Saturday saw team rider, senior Sydney Fryman (Oxford, N.C.), place second (68.821%).
Lower Training Level
Senior Kinsey Shankles (Mascot, Tenn.) took home top honors competing as an individual on Sunday (69.038% ) and snagged third on Saturday (66.346%). Senior Emily Seaver (Jonesborough, Tenn.) secured a second-place finish for the team on Sunday with a 67.692%, and brought home sixth on Saturday ( 61.923%).
Introductory Level
Junior Skyler Shaw (Orangeville, Pa.) notched a 70.938% to win the level for the team Sunday and earned second on Saturday with a 74.375%. Shaw received the honor of reserve high-point rider both days. Freshman Kristen Joyner (Jonesborough, Tenn.) was second on Sunday with a score of 68.750% and fifth Saturday with a 66.250% individually
Saturday's Awards
Emory & Henry was the Reserve High-Point Team, earning 17 points, while Virginia Tech was the champion team with 18 points.
Shaw's second-place finish in Introductory gave her Reserve High-Point Rider of the Day.
Sunday's Awards
Emory & Henry claimed High-Point Team with 19 points, followed by the University of Virginia, which earned 15 points.
Boyle's win in Upper Training earned her the honor of High-Point rider of the day, while Shaw's performance in Introductory earned her Reserve High-Point rider.
Dressage Seat Equitation
In First Level, sophomore Ava Harry (Wake Forest, N.C.) was first on Saturday and fourth on Sunday, while freshman Derek Holt (Mount Pleasant, S.C.) was second both days.
Upper Training competition saw sophomore Amelia Moore (Klamath Falls, Ore.) earning second both days followed by junior Kiley McGuinness (West Chester, Pa.) who was third on Saturday and fourth on Sunday.
In Lower Training, freshman Megan Conway (Chittenango, N.Y.) claimed back-to-back wins both days of the competition, as sophomore Scout Curry (Carmel, Calif.) took top honors on Sunday and notched a third-place finish Saturday.
Introductory saw junior Belen Juarez-Solares (Charlotte, N.C.) receiving first place both days of the competition.

Emory & Henry's next IDA show is next Sunday, March 26, at Virginia Tech. This will conclude the IDA regular season. The IHSA Team travels to Goucher College on Saturday, April 1 to compete at the Zone 4 Finals as the Wasps vie for their ticket back to the IHSA National Championships.
