Intermont Equestrian IHSA Team Earns VIctory At High Point Saturday

HIGH POINT, N.C. – The Intermont Equestrian at Emory & Henry College IHSA Team continued the season with another team win, winning 6 out of the 10 divisions.

The Basics
TEAM PLACE – 1st/9
LOCATION – High Point, North Carolina
VENUE – Fox Run Farm

The Results
- Junior Emma Pell (Winchester, Va.) was third at Open Equitation Over Fences and picked up a second in Open on the Flat.
- Junior Sierra Smith (Olathe, Kan.) picked up win at Intermediate Over Fences, and junior Kendall Madison (Westtown, N.Y.) grabbed another blue on the flat.
- In Limit Over Fences, junior Grace Reynen (Mission Viejo, Calif.) snagged a first-place finish and junior Amelia Moore (Klamath Falls, Ore.) was third.
- Limit on the Flat competition saw junior Maddie Whitley (Stuarts Draft, Va.) pick up a win in her section, while sophomore Leah VandenBerg (Camillus, N.Y.) also won her section.
- Senior Alex Osborne (Charlottesville, Va.) won at Novice on the flat while freshman Cetari White-Anderson (Clatskanie, Ore.) was third.

The Awards
- The team was High-Point Team of the Day.
