CHRISTIANSBURG, Va. – The Intermont Equestrian at Emory & Henry College IDA Team closed out their season-earning High-Point Team at Virginia Tech.

First Level
Senior Lindsay Shaw (Newark, Del.) took first with a 70.15% which earned her Reserve High-Point Rider of the day.
Upper Training Level
Senior Eleanor Boyle (Boyds, Md.) claimed the victory with her ride as well, posting a 70.17% which put her as the High-Point rider of the day.
Lower Training Level
Senior Reme Sharp (Strasburg, Va.) received a 68.65% for fourth.
Introductory Level
Freshman Diana Rubio Alonso (León, SPAIN) also posted a fourth-place finish with a 67.81%
The Awards
E&H won the show with 17 points while Virginia Tech was Reserve High-Point Team, scoring a team total of 16 points.
Boyle was the High-Point Rider of the Day thanks to her win in Upper Training, Shaw was right behind her with Reserve High-Point Rider after her performance in First Level.
Dressage Seat Equitation
Junior Ava Harry (Wake Forest, N.C.) was fifth at First Level.
In Upper Training, sophomore Megan Conway (Chittenango, N.Y. ) was first.
In Lower Training, freshman Lacy Barlow (New Church, Va.) took first place.
Sophomore Elly Gurshpun (Henrico, Va.) placed fifth at the Introductory Level.
Up Next
Emory & Henry will host an IHSA doubleheader on November 11 & 12.
