Emory & Henry Men’s Soccer Defeats Warren Wilson, 2-0, Tuesday On The Road

SWANNANOA, N.C. – The Emory & Henry College Men's Soccer Team (5-2-2) picked up its second victory in as many attempts over Warren Wilson College (1-3-2) Tuesday afternoon on the road. The Wasps, who won their first matchup with the Owls by a 3-0 score, prevailed by a 2-0 margin.

How It Happened
- The Wasps got a first-half goal early in the 17th minute from sophomore midfielder Ethan Taylor (Powhatan, Va.) on a free kick from the left side.
- With less than 15 minutes remaining in the contest, E&H added insurance for the final 2-0 score. Taylor served up a pass which found sophomore forward Jeff Hurlock (Fredericksburg, Va.) at the top of the box. Hurlock's header went over the outstretched hands of the goalkeeper for his team-leading fifth score of the season.
- Senior goalkeeper Morgan Moser (Sweetwater, Tenn.) picked up the clean sheet in goal.
