Emory & Henry Men’s Tennis Players Receive ITA Scholar-Athlete Recognition

SKILLMAN, N.J. – Members of the Emory & Henry College Men's Tennis Team have been recognized for their academic performance during the 2014-15 year by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association.

The four different Wasps me the qualifications to receive the ITA Scholar-Athlete honor were freshman Alex Polydoroff (Falcon Heights, Minn.), sophomore Eric Logan (Abingdon, Va.), sophomore John Dalton Ferguson (Gate City, Va.) and sophomore Luke Funkhouser (Gate City, Va.).

In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status a player must meet the following criteria: Be a varsity letter winner, have a grade point average of at least 3.50 for the current academic year and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters.
