EMORY, Va. - The Salem (W.Va.) University Men's Tennis Team slipped by Emory & Henry College (2-2) on Saturday afternoon by a 4-3 margin.

How It Happened
- E&H won the doubles portion of the match to jump in front 1-0 . Fifth-year Brandon McGuire (Christiansburg, Va.) and sophomore Branson Smith (Fletcher, N.C.) combined to earn the win at No. 2 doubles by a 6-4 score. Freshmen James Smith (Brentwood, Tenn.) and John Billinis (Clemson, S.C.) teamed up for the point-clinching win in No. 3 doubles by a 6-1 margin.
- Smith was once again victorious, this time at No. 1 singles 3-6, 6-1, 6-4, while McGuire dispatched his opponent at the No. 3 singles position by a scoreline of 6-4, 7-6(2).
