MILLIGAN, Tenn. - The Emory & Henry University Men's Tennis Team (0-1) and Women's Tennis Team (0-1) opened up the 2025 fall season with a pair of losses to Milligan University Saturday afternoon. The Milligan men's team topped the Wasps 6-1 while the women's squad defeated E&H by a narrow 4-3.

Men's Match
- The doubles partnership of seniors Gus Senn (Charlotte, N.C.) and Keenan Glago (Harrisonburg, Va.) were victorious over Brayden Kennedy and Tomas Tenil at No. 3 doubles by a 6-4 final. The Buffaloes won the other two doubles matches for the early 1-0 lead.
- Glago stormed back from an early deficit to earn a hard-fought 3-6, 6-2, 1-0 (10-3) victory over Phil Schollhorn at No. 2 singles.
Women's Match
- Juniors Karlie Quinn (Mocksville, N.C.) and Olivia Pursley (Hendersonville, N.C.) teamed up for a 7-6 win against Laurel Rich and Trinity Fox at the No. 3 doubles position. Milligan took the other doubles matchups for the 1-0 advantage.
- Sophomore Tahnne Sesma (Zumaia, SPAIN) dropped a tough 7-5, 5-7, 0-1 (3-10) three-set decision to Lee Anne Endler at No. 1 singles.
- Pursley took down Melissa Duarte by a 6-4, 3-6, 1-0 (10-5) score at the No. 2 singles spot.
- Senior Katie Bradley (Auchterarder, SCOTLAND) defeated Parker White 2-6, 6-1, 1-0 (10-6) in their No. 4 singles match.
- Junior Meghan Moore (Midlothian, Va.) fell in three sets to Madison Berry at No. 5 singles by a close 4-6, 6-3, 0-1 (4-10) margin.
- Quinn won her No. 6 singles match against Rich by a 7-6, 4-6, 1-0 (10-5) scoreline.
