2014: Junior Team Captain had another steady, consistent season, finishing in the Wasps’ top four runners in the last five meets, including finishing second for the team at the Royals XC Challenge and the Winthrop Invitational ... Finished 45th at the ODAC Championships, running 29:45 ... Finished 104th at the NCAA South/Southeast Regional Championships ... Ran a PR of 28:08 at the Berry Invitational ... Named to the 2014 ODAC Fall Sportsmanship Team.

2013: Sophomore Team Captain of the 2013 Wasps was extremely consistent the entire season, finishing in the second or third position for the team in every meet but one ... Set a new 8K PR of 28:26 at the NCAA DIII Regional Meet ... Finished as the team’s number three runner at the ODAC Championships despite a mid-race injury ... Named the team’s Most Valuable Runner.

2012: Was the lead runner for the Wasps in four of E&H’s six contests ... Notched a personal best 8K performance of 28:29 at the Royal Cross Country Challenge ... Was the number two runner at the ODAC Championships, running 30:39 and finishing as the 15th fastest freshman ... Named the team's Most Outstanding Runner.

High School: A three-year letterwinner at Richmond Christian School under head coach Carl Lavin ... A three-time all-conference selection ... A two-year letterwinner in track and baseball ... Also a member of the National Honor Society and was Vice Preside of SGA.
