2014: Sophomore was incredibly consistent in his second year, and had back-to-back breakthrough races to finish the season ... Ran in E&H’s top five in every meet, and was a top three runner for the Wasps at the ODAC Championships, where he finished 32nd in a time of 28:59 ... Ran a PR of 27:59 at the NCAA South/Southeast Region Championships, finishing 91st.

2013: Freshman was the top runner for the Wasps in three out of seven contests, including the ODAC Cross Country Championships, where he ran 29:53 for 38th Place ... Finished third for the Wasps at the Regional meet despite a mid-race injury ... Ran a PR of 28:46 at the Blue Ridge Open hosted by Appalachian State.
