FOREST, Va. – The Emory & Henry College Softball Team has earned the #4 seed for this weekend's Old Dominion Athletic Conference Tournament, ODAC officials announced Wednesday evening. It marks the fourth straight year and fifth time in the last six seasons that the Wasps have reached the postseason.

E&H (29-11) put up its second-best regular season record in program history this spring. The Wasps will take on fifth-seeded Lynchburg College (27-13) on Friday at noon, on Field 3 of the James I. Moyer Sports Complex in Salem, Virginia.

With a win in their first contest, Emory & Henry will play the winner of #1 Virginia Wesleyan Colelge and #8 Randolph College at 7:00 p.m. A loss will see E&H take on the loser of the VWC-RC matchup at 5:00 p.m. Both games will be played on Field 1.
