EMORY, Va. – Coming off its best season in program history, the Emory & Henry College Softball Team and Head Coach Tommy Forrester are excited to announce the team's schedule for 2022. This year, the Wasps have a full NCAA Division II schedule planned out with 12 home doubleheaders on the docket.

While E&H is an independent with no conference schedule this year, fans should be excited to see 18 games against future South Atlantic Conference opponents and an additional 16 contests against teams which are part of the Southeast Region.

E&H opens the year on Tuesday, February 8 welcoming Mars Hill University to Southwest Virginia. Wasps will host Lees-McRae College on Wednesday, February 16 and a four-game set against Lincoln (Pa.) University on Saturday, February 19 and Sunday, February 20.

Belmont Abbey College comes to town on Tuesday, February 22 before Emory & Henry competes against King (Tenn.) University and Queens (N.C.) University at the King Invitational on Friday, February 25 and Saturday, February 26.

An eight-game roadswing awaits the Wasps, with their Spring Break trip featuring games at Claflin University (Mar. 5), Florida Tech (Mar. 8) and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical Univ. (Mar. 9).

Returning home, Emory & Henry will face King (Tenn.), Coker University and Randolph College during the week of Wednesday, March 16 through Saturday, March 19. The next home games are on Saturday, March 26 against the University of Virginia's College at Wise.

The Wasps' annual Celebrate Differences Day will be on Saturday, April 2 against Catawba College before hosting Bluefield State College on Sunday, April 3.

Emory & Henry's final home games of the year will be against Queens (N.C.) on Saturday, April 9 as the Wasps will play their final eight contests on the road.
