RU opened the game with a 16-8 lead through the first quarter, but the Highlanders' eight-point lead would remain at the half as both teams scored 18 points in the second act for a 32-26 margin at the break.

In the second half, Radford extended its lead to 57-42 at the end of the third period and completed the game with an 18-13 advantage in the fourth quarter for the 75-55 victory.
