Emory & Henry Men's Wrestling Falls To UNC Pembroke And Mount Olive Saturday

PEMBROKE, N.C. – The Emory & Henry College Men's Wrestling Team (4-26, 0-9 SACC) dropped two duals in South Atlantic Conference Carolinas action on Saturday afternoon. The University of North Carolina Pembroke (12-1, 9-0 SACC) defeated the Wasps by a 54-3 final score while the University of Mount Olive (12-5, 6-3) took the win over E&H by a 54-0 margin.

- Sophomore Tito Hernandez (Shelbyville, Tenn.) earned a win by decision (15-9) at 125 pounds over UNC Pembroke's Logan Hoffman for the Wasps' lone victory of the day.
- UNC Pembroke earned wins by fall at 149, 157, 165, 174 and 197.

The Mount Olive Match
- The dual began at 18-0 in favor of the Trojans due to forfeits at the 141-pound, 184-pound and 285-pound weight classes.
- Mount Olive earned victories by fall at 125, 149, 157, 165, 174 and 197.
