LYNCHBURG, Va. - The Randolph College Women's Tennis Team (7-2, 3-1 ODAC) picked up a 5-3 win in Old Dominion Athletic Conference play over Emory & Henry (6-7, 0-5 ODAC) Friday evening. The match was played at The Sports Racket Club, as it was moved indoors due to the threat of wet weather.

E&H picked up a point at No. 1 doubles as the freshman tandem of Stella Di Michele (San Remo, ITALY) and Lauren Riner (Coeburn, Va.) claimed an 8-1 victory.

Di Michele also won by a 6-0, 6-2 score at the premier singles pairing. Senior Alyssa Wingate (Independence, Va.) won her match at No. 2 singles by a 6-0, 6-2 score as well.

Emory & Henry will return home on Sunday for an ODAC matchup with Sweet Briar College. The contest, which will serve as Senior Day for the Wasps, is set for a 1:00 p.m., first serve.
