BRIDGEWATER, Va. – The Bridgewater College Women's Tennis Team (11-2, 8-1 ODAC) earned a 7-2 win over visiting Emory & Henry College (9-9, 3-7 ODAC) Sunday afternoon in Old Dominion Athletic Conference play.

The Eagles took a 3-0 lead after the doubles portion of the match, Emory & Henry got on the board during singles play.

Freshman Stella Di Michele (San Remo, ITALY) picked up a 6-4, 6-2 win at the premier singles flight while sophomore Meredith Yeary (Knoxville, Tenn.) won by a 6-1, 0-6, 1-0 (10-5) score at No. 3 singles.

Emory & Henry will play its final match of the regular season on Tuesday afternoon at 4:30 p.m. The Wasps will host the Vixens of Sweet Briar College with a trip to the 2014 ODAC Tournament on the line. The match will also serve as Senior Day for E&H.
