Greensboro Volleyball Tops Emory & Henry, 3-1, Tuesday In Non-Conference Contest

GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Greensboro College Volleyball Team (10-7) rallied from a 1-0 deficit in the match to pick up a 3-1 victory against Emory & Henry College (3-12) Tuesday evening. The Pride claimed the match by a score of 23-25, 25-11, 25-22, 25-21.

Emory & Henry Individual Leaders
- Freshman right-side hitter Carley Williams (Bristol, Tenn.) posted a match-high 13 kills while sophomore middle Makayla Payne (Bristol, Va.) notched 10 kills and a block.
- Freshman setter Marissa Snapp (Chuckey, Tenn.) put up a double-double with 21 assists and 10 digs while sophomore defensive specialist Abbie Jennings (Marion, Va.) had 23 digs and three aces.
- Senior libero Lauren Coolidge (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) registered 20 digs while sophomore outside hitter Chelsie Crussell (Kingsport, Tenn.) had 12 digs of her own.

Greensboro Individual Leaders
- Carly Uhlir paced the Pride with 11 kills and 21 digs while Sarah Egbers had nine kills of her own.
- Dixie Fulk had a double-double with 20 assists and 13 digs to go along with four aces as Olivia Norris contributed 10 assists and 10 digs.
- Kayce Jo Harris notched 20 digs, five assists and two aces.
