2019: Led Emory & Henry in all races across all distances her junior season ... Opened the year with a personal-best 17:15 over 4K at the Bridgewater Cross Country Challenge (Aug. 30) ... Won the Division III race (7th overall) at the Greensboro Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 28), running a 21:40 ... Had a season-best 5K time of 21:29 at the Royals Cross Country Challenge (Oct. 11) ... Finished 42nd at the ODAC Championships, covering the 6K course in 25:05.

2018: Led the Wasps with season-best times in the 5K and 6K ... Clocked a 20:59 at the Royals Challenge (5K) and finished in 25:39 at the ODAC Championship ... Also ran a 19:15 at the Eagle XC Challenge (4K) to start the season.

2017: Set school records in both the 5K and 6K distances as a freshman ... Went 18:58 at the Royals Twilight (Sept. 9) for the 5K record ... Finished 21st overall at the ODAC Championship with a 6K-time of 23:20 (Oct. 28).
