RANDLEMAN, N.C. – The Intermont Equestrian at Emory & Henry College IHSA Team continued the spring portion of its season over the weekend, competing at UNC Greensboro. The Wasps finished third overall and took home eight top-three finishes.

The Results
- Junior Lindsay Shaw (Newark, Del.) took the top call in Open on the Flat while freshman Sara Bender (Camp Hill, Pa.) was fourth at Open Equitation over Fences.
- In the Intermediate competition, freshman Abigail Williamson (Sacramento, Calif.) received fifth Over Fences and placed third On the Flat. Freshman Derek Holt (Mount Pleasant, S.C.) earned a first-place finish of his own in Intermediate Flat.
- Freshman Lilian Zielinski (Overland Park, Kan.) earned a blue ribbon at Limit Over Fences followed by Megan Conway (Chittenango, N.Y. ) as she turned in a fifth-place performance in the division. Limit on the Flat saw freshman Milo Farley (Bristol, Va.) adding a third-place ribbon, senior Laurel Pollock (New Castle, Va.) earning a third and sophomore Meaghan Croteau (Sparks, Md.) turning in a fourth-place finish.
- The Novice division saw junior Alex Osborne (Charlottesville, Va. ) finish second followed by freshman Robin Austin (Forest, Va.) taking third.
- Sophomore Aloria Best (Newport, N.C.) was fifth in the Pre-Novice Division.
