LEESBURG, Va. – Emory & Henry College sophomore strong safety Jason Hill has been selected to the BSN Division III Team of the Week, BSN officials announced Wednesday. BSN is the Beyond Sports Network and selects teams from NCAA Division I (FCS), Division II, Division III and NAIA. Hill is one of six players from NCAA Division III to be named a defensive player of the week.

The Hickory, N.C. native made 14 tackles (six solo) and had two interceptions in the Wasps' game last Saturday against UVA-Wise. One of Hill's interceptions was late in the fourth quarter and resulted in a 19-yard return.

Emory & Henry will travel to Fayetteville, N.C., on Saturday to take on Methodist University in its final non-conference game of the season. Kickoff between the Wasps and Monarchs is set for 1:00 p.m.
