T.J. Frazier To Play In Third Annual D-III Senior Classic Friday In Salem

SALEM, Va. – Emory & Henry College senior punter T.J. Frazier will have one more opportunity to represent the Wasps on the gridiron on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. The Roanoke and William Byrd High School graduate will get to take the field for the last time as a college player in his own backyard. The game will be played at Salem Stadium, home of the Stagg Bowl, the NCAA Division III National Championship.

Frazier, a four-time All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference selection and a 2011 All-ODAC First-Teamer, led the league in punt average this year (39.1 yds), punts downed inside the 20 yard line (19) and fair catch punts (13).

Frazier will play for the South, coached by Averett University Head Coach Mike Dunlevy, in a North-South battle for bragging rights and an opportunity to impress professional scouts on a national stage.

The contest will be televised on Fox College Sports, which reaches 85 million homes in the United States. Tickets for the game are being sold for $10 plus fees on Ticketmaster. Click HERE for ticketing information.
