Congressman Morgan Griffith To Join WEHC Football Broadcast Saturday Afternoon

EMORY, Va. – Fans who will be listening to Saturday afternoon's Homecoming football game between Emory & Henry College and Hampden-Sydney College will be in for a special treat.

Congressman Morgan Griffith, a 1980 graduate of E&H, will join Bruce Hatch and Gary Lester during the second quarter Saturday to serve as a guest commentator for the contest between the Wasps and the Tigers.

Griffith, currently in his second-term as a Representative from Virginia's 9th District, won the opportunity at the Johnston Memorial Hospital Foundation Gala's silent auction. The prize was sponsored by WEHC 90.7 FM, Emory & Henry's campus radio station.

Tune in at 12:30 on Saturday afternoon for the pregame show with Bruce and Gary and stay tuned for kickoff at 1:00 p.m. Those who can't get the game on their radio dials can navigate to www.GoWasps.com and click on Audio to reach the live broadcast over the Internet.
