DANBURY, Conn. – The Emory & Henry College Football Team has seen three of its players named ECAC Football Players of the Month for October. E&H sweeps the awards, winning at offense, defense and special teams.

The awards come as part of the College's partnership with the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference which provides additional opportunities for recognition and competition during the Wasps' process of reclassifying to NCAA Division II.

He made his only field goal try of the month, a 35-yarder against HSC.

Founded in 1938, the ECAC has more than 200 member schools across all three NCAA Divisions, stretching from Maine to Georgia to Missouri. Its mission is to enhance the experience of student-athletes participating in intercollegiate athletics, and provide great value for universities and colleges, by sponsoring championships, leagues, bowl games, tournaments, and other competitions. Most of the ECAC's members also belong to another conference, which is often the school's primary conference.
