Emory & Henry's Colin Molden Named To The All-ODAC Second Team

FOREST, Va. – The Emory & Henry College Men's Basketball Team seen senior guard Colin Molden selected to the 2020 All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference Second Team, ODAC officials announced Wednesday. The All-ODAC teams are selected by the conference's 13 head coaches.

Molden has earned recognition from the league for three out of his four seasons competing for the Wasps. The 2017 ODAC Rookie of the Year, Molden was also named to the All-ODAC Third Team in 2018.

The Apex, North Carolina native averaged a league-leading 19.6 points per game and was second in the ODAC in assists (4.7 apg) and steals (1.9 spg). Molden scored in double figures in 18 of the 19 games in which he played, hitting a career-high 40 points at Shenandoah University (Nov. 30). He eclipsed the 20-point plateau nine times over the course of the year.

Molden became the 17th player in program history to score 1,000 career points, accomplishing the feat on Wednesday, February 12 at Ferrum College. He completes he career with 1,086 points, 223 rebounds, 302 assists and 133 steals.

Emory & Henry finished the 2019-20 season with a 7-19 overall record and a 4-12 mark in the ODAC. The Wasps earned the 10th seed in the ODAC Tournament, falling to #7 Ferrum on Tuesday in the first round.
