CHUCKEY, Tenn. – The Emory & Henry College Men's Golf Team finished in eighth place out of 12 competing teams at the Tusculum Invitational Tuesday. The Wasps were the only non-scholarship program in the field.

Senior Christofer Schaff (Elizabethton, Tenn.) shot a 76 (+4) in the second round to move up 23 places to finish tied for 20th in the event while senior Wesley Jones (Seymour, Tenn.) finished tied for 18th after carding an 81 (+9) on Tuesday.
Senior Isfandyar Khan (Lahore, PAKISTAN) turned in a score of 82 to finish at +19 (T-33rd) as junior Alex Cameron (Mascot, Tenn.) tied for 43rd with a round of 84 (+12). Sophomore Chase Maddox (Amherst, Va.) shot a 92 on day two to finish 60th.
The Leaders
Tusculum won the tournament by 20 strokes at +13, scoring a 589 (286-303) ahead of Lenoir-Rhyne University's +33 (299-310 – 609). TU's Liam van Deventer claimed medalist honors after shooting a -1 (71) on Tuesday, topping L-R's Liam Waldron by six strokes (E).
