
SISSONVILLE, W.Va. – The Emory & Henry University Men's Golf Team finished in a tie for seventh place out of 17 competing teams at the University of Charleston Invitational on Tuesday. The tournament was played at Edgewood Country Club in Sissonville, West Virginia.

Round Three
Junior Slade Aliff (Hardy, Va.) shot a +1 (72) on Tuesday to move up three places into a tie for 13th place while sophomore Ryne Bond (Floyd, Va.) carded a +3 (74) and also finished tied for 13th.
Sophomore Brice Reichard (Amherst, Va.) went for a 74 of his own, tying for 31st as junior Jordan Kaung Kyaw (Yangon, MYANMAR) shot a +4 (75) to finish tied for 45th. Senor Jhon Ojeda (Cali, COLOMBIA) tie for 69th overall with a +6 (77) on Tuesday.
The Winners
University of Charleston (W.Va.) won the tournament by nine strokes, finishing at -3 (282-289-278 – 849). Indiana (Pa.) University was the team runner-up at +6 (858).
Charleston's Erik Ulvang claimed medalist honors at -7, defeating IUP's Alex Swinnerton by one shot (-6).
