Rosas joins the Emory & Henry staff after two seasons as the Offensive Coordinator at Quincy University. During his first season in 2023, the Hawks doubled their total wins and goals scored while setting new program records in nearly every major statistical category. At Quincy, he coached one first-team and three honorable-mention All-Great Lakes Valley Conference selections and one James R. Spalding Sportsmanship Team Award.

Prior to Quincy, Rosas was the Offensive Coordinator at his alma mater, Adams State University. While in Alamosa, he implemented offensive schemes and strategies that helped break a 19- game losing streak and coached one co-midfielder of the year/first-team all-conference and two all-RMAC honorable-mention athletes.

Rosas also serves as the assistant coach of the Mexico Lacrosse National Field Team.

Rosas received his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Sport & Exercise Studies.
