Lincoln Memorial Men’s Soccer Downs Emory & Henry Wednesday Afternoon

HARROGATE, Tenn. – The Lincoln Memorial University Men's Soccer Team (8-7-1, 6-5 SAC) scored six goals in the opening 45 minutes on its way to a 13-0 win over visiting Emory & Henry College (0-14, 0-11 SAC) Wednesday in the South Atlantic Conference finale for both teams.

How It Happened
- The Railsplitters opened up a 4-0 lead in the opening half-hour with four goals by Harry Cooke. Two of his tallies came by way of penalty kicks in the 18th and 25th minutes.
- Arkin Ulusoy and Alex McNally notched goals for LMU in the final 10 minutes of the period to push the lead to 6-0 at the intermission.
- Returning to action, Ulusoy posted another pair of goals between the 52:06 and 59:27 marks to complete the hat trick and extend the lead to 8-0.
- In the final 30 minutes, Will Arrowood found the back of the net twice with scores also coming from Ronan O'Mahony, Hunter Oubre and Pablo Herrera.

Up Next
Emory & Henry will close out the 2022 season on Sunday at 4:00 p.m., when it hosts Salem (W.Va.) University. The contest will be the second of a doubleheader with the Wasps' women's squad and will also serve as Senior Day.
