ROCK HILL, S.C. – Emory & Henry University junior Caleb Patton has been named the South Atlantic Conference Men's Swimmer of the Week. This year, the SAC Player of the Week is being sponsored by WePlayed Sports. This is the first time in his career that Patton has won weekly honors from the league.

The Marion, Virginia native won the 400-yard individual medley in 4:28.26 and came in second in the 1,000-yard freestyle at 10:29.15 on Friday night as the Wasps hosted the program's final dual meet against King (Tenn.) University. He was also part of the 400-yard freestyle (3:29.36) and the 400-yard medley (3:56.34) which finished second.

Emory & Henry will next compete at the SAC Championships which will run from Wednesday, February 5 through Saturday, February 8 at the Greensboro Aquatic Center.
