GREENSBORO, N.C. – The Emory & Henry University Men's & Women's Swimming Teams concluded the 2024-25 season at the third annual South Atlantic Conference Championships on Saturday. Both of the Wasps' squads finished sixth in the meet. The men's team broke four program records across three different swims during the day.

The Women
- Event 29 – 1,650-Yard Freestyle – Senior Peyton Helscher (Simi Valley, Calif) finished 11th with a time of 19:10.69 while junior Bri Digby (Carrollton, Va.) was 15th in 23:14.77.
- Event 31 – 100-Yard Freestyle – Junior Hope Christensen (Moroni, Utah) took 10th, swimming a :52.41 while freshman Kursten Thomas (Marion, Va.) was 23rd (:59.01) and freshman Aida Matute Moreno (Viladecans, SPAIN) was 24th (:59.02). Sophomore Madison Graham (Radford, Va.) finished 26th in the prelims as the second alternate while freshman Sierra Carson (Pasadena, Md.) also competed.
- Event 33 – 200-Yard Backstroke – Moreno placed 17th in 2:16.01 while Helscher was 18th, posting a time of 2:21.24.
- Event 35 – 200-Yard Breaststroke – Senior Rachel Ritter (Gibsonville, N.C.) placed 15th, swimming a 2:37.15 as freshman Tirayan Bartlett (Woodbridge, Va.) took 19th (2:54.79).
- Event 37 – 400-Yard Freestyle Relay – E&H's relay of Christensen, senior Paige Gelenski (Boca Raton, Fla.), Ritter and Helscher placed fifth in 3:48.41.
The Men
- Event 30 – 1,650-Yard Freestyle – Junior Caleb Patton (Marion, Va.) placed 13th, breaking the school record with a time of 16:34.59. He also posted a new program best in the 1,000-yard freestyle, splitting a 9:59.52 during the race. Junior Jordan Krafft (Waxhaw, N.C.) placed 19th at 19:23. 63.
- Event 32 – 100-Yard Freestyle – Senior Corey Kidd (Stockbridge, Ga.) was 16th, stopping the watches in 46.03 seconds to edge his own record by 0.01 seconds. Sophomore Brady Jones (Bluefield, Va.) tied for 28th in the preliminaries while freshman Ethan Veselik (Marion, Va.) and freshman Ian Shirk (Black Mountain, N.C.) in the morning session as well.
- Event 34 – 200-Yard Backstroke – Sophomore Ryan Teuton (Chattanooga, Tenn.) took 12th place in 1:55.52. His time of 1:54.55 in the preliminaries was good for a new school record.
- Event 36 – 200-Yard Breaststroke – Patton was 12th, clocking a 2:11.90.
- Event 38 – 400-Yard Freestyle Relay – Jones, senior Kyle Berry (Ringgold, Ga.), Krafft, and Kidd were 6th, touching the wall in 3:21.18.
