FOREST, Va. - The Emory & Henry College Men's Track & Field Team has seen one of its members named to the All-Old Dominion Athletic Conference Teams, ODAC officials announced Wednesday.

Senior Conor White (Warrenton, Va.) has earned a spot on the all-league third team by virtue of his third-place finish in the 1,500 meters. White covered the distance in a school-record time of 3:57.87 which was 1.6 seconds off the ODAC record.

Over the course of the year, White improved the program's top mark in the 1,500 meters by 19.71 seconds. He broke the previous best at the North River Invitational (Mar. 6), and topped his own time at the WildCat Track Festival (Apr. 10) before putting together a third record performance at the ODAC Championships on May 2.

This is the second time in White's career that he has earned ODAC awards as he was named the 2019 Cross Country Rookie of the Meet and an All-ODAC Second-Teamer.

The all-conference teams are determined by placement in individual events at the ODAC Track & Field Championships. Those placing first earn a first-team designation, while runners-up are named to the second team. The third team is comprised of third-place finishers.
