2023-24 SAC Commissioner's Honor Roll

2024 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2023-24 Indoor: Competed in two meets ... Finished 17th in the triple jump at the South Atlantic Conference Championships (Feb. 24-25) with a leap of 12.47 meters ... Had season-bests of 12.89 meters in the triple jump and 5.98 meters in the long jump at the Bast-Cregger Invitational (Dec. 8-9).

2023 Outdoor: Competed in three meets … Finished sixth in the long jump at the Doc Jopson Invitational with a jump of 5.75 meters and took seventh in the triple jump with a distance of 12.06 meters.

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in six meets during indoor season … Broke the program record in the long jump at the JDL DMR Invitational (Feb. 17-18) with a distance of 6.12 meters to finish fifth … Also set a new program best in the triple jump with a leap of 12.65 meters at the South Atlantic Conference Indoor Championships (Feb. 25-26) … Named SAC Men’s Indoor Field Athlete of the Week (Jan. 17).

2022 Outdoor: Did not compete.

2021-22 Indoor: Did not compete.

2021 Outdoor: Competed at the North River Invitational (Mar. 6) to open the year ... Won the long jump with a mark of 5.37 meters and was fifth in the triple jump at 11.52 meters ... Also ran in the 400 meters.

2020-21 Indoor: Emory & Henry 'opted-out' of the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2020 Outdoor: Competed in the 200 meters, long jump and triple jump at the Coastal Carolina Invitational ... Finished third in the 200 meters (:24.09).

2019-20 Indoor: Helped lead the Wasps to a sixth-place finish in the 4x400 meter relay at 2020 ODAC Championships (3:34.20) ... Also finished 13th in the triple jump and 15th in the long jump ... Had personal bests of :24.40 in the 200 meters at the Finn Pincus Invitational, 5.87 meters in the long jump at the VMI Indoor Classic and 12.47 meters in the triple jump at the Bast-Cregger Invitational.
