ROCK HILL, S.C. – Emory & Henry University sophomore Drew Craft has been selected at the South Atlantic Conference Men's Indoor Field Athlete of the Week, SAC officials announced Tuesday. This year, the SAC Players of the Week are being sponsored by WePlayed Sports.

The Covington, Virginia native won a pair of events on Saturday at the Joe LaRocco Invitational, breaking a school record in the process. Craft took first in the long jump with a program-best mark of 6.76 meters and was also the winner in the triple jump with a leap of 13.95 meters. He added a seventh-place finish in the high jump at 1.79 meters.

This is the first time since January 17, 2023 that an E&H male has won SAC Indoor Track & Field weekly honors.

Emory & Henry returns to the track on Saturday at the JDL Last Chance Invitational, hosted by JDL Fast Track in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
