2021: Competed in all five races for the Wasps ... Ran a 19:28 (5K) at the EMU Heritage Classic (Sept. 3) to finish in the top 25 ... Was 55th at the Hornet Harrier Invitational (Sept. 25) with a 6K time of 23:54 ... Had his best 8K time of the year at the Royals Challenge (Oct. 8) 33:05.

2020*: Emory & Henry 'opted-out' of the season due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

2019: Posted his 8K career-best of 29:28 at the ODAC Championships (Nov. 2) to finish 83rd overall ... Ran a 20:44 in a three-miler to start the year at Bridgewater (Aug. 30).

2018: Went 30:01 over an 8K distance at the Greater Louisville Classic for a season-best ... Turned in a 19:25 in the 5K Eagle XC Challenge to start off the year.
