Cross country regional rankings are determined by a single member coach in each respective region. The role of the regional representative is to weigh each team's strength to project the order of finish at the NCAA Regional Championships in November.
Wingate University remains at the top of the rankings for the sixth week in a row dating back to the preseason as the top six in the region remained the same from last week. University of North Carolina - Pembroke moves up two spots into seventh place, dropping Converse University to eighth and E&H to ninth.
