After a pre-tournament call with each of the eight participating teams and further discussion with City of Salem and Moyer Sports Complex officials on Wednesday evening, the league has decided that due to the forecast of rain for the early afternoon Friday, games one through four will be played on Friday evening with the tournament continuing on Saturday and Sunday. The "if-necessary" championship game is scheduled for Monday at 10:00 a.m.

E&H (24-14) put up its fifth 20-win season in the last six years and earned its highest ODAC regular season finish and most league wins in program history (14). Emory & Henry will take on seventh-seeded Ferrum College (19-19) on Friday 8:00 p.m., on Field 1 of the James I. Moyer Sports Complex in Salem, Virginia. E&H split it season series with FC at home on Wednesday, April 3, falling 5-4 in game one before responding to take a 10-2 "run-rule" victory in game two.
