
ROCK HILL, S.C. – Emory & Henry University Women's Basketball junior forward Breanna Yarber (Meadowview, Va.) has been selected to the All-South Atlantic Conference Third Team, SAC officials announced Monday. The teams were released in conjunction with the conclusion of the 2024-25 regular season and are voted on by the league's 13 head coaches.
This is the second year in a row that Yarber has been picked to the All-SAC Third Team and the third straight year that she has earned conference accolades.

Yarber averaged 18.5 points over 26 contests to finish second in the league by 0.1 points per game. She scored in double figures 24 times with 12 20-point games and two outings with more than 30 points. Yarber tied her own school record with 38 points against Tusculum (Jan. 8). She finished first on the team and eighth in the league in field goal percentage (51.6%) and was 11th in the SAC at 77.4 percent from the free throw line.
The junior tied for eighth in the league with 32 blocks (1.1 bpg) and was 15th in the league with 6.0 rebounds per game. She also tallied 34 assists and 20 steals over the course of the year.
Coker University's Shawnteanna Tillman was named the SAC Player of the Year while Cobra mentor Melissa DeVore was selected as the SAC Coach of the Year by her peers. Zamiya Passmore from Anderson University was picked as the SAC Defensive Player of the Year while teammate Rose Gravel was named SAC Freshman of the Year. Jennifer Sullivan of Carson-Newman University earned SAC Newcomer of the Year honors.
