Steven Eng is in his first year as Assistant Women's Basketball at Emory & Henry College. A 2022 graduate of Waynesburg University in Pennsylvania, Eng earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in business administration and sport management and a minor in entrepreneurial leadership. He began his playing career at University of Valley Forge and finished at Waynesburg while being named to the Presidents Athletic Conference All-Academic Team.

As a college player, Eng appeared in 57 games (20 starts), and shot 38 percent from three-point range for his career. He was a key player for the Yellow Jackets helping them to be the fifth-leading scoring team in NCAA Division III his sophomore season. He is a high school graduate of Oak Hill Academy and played on a NACA national champion red team. During his high school years, Eng also gained FIBA experience playing internationally in Ireland and China.

A native of Elon, North Carolina, Eng and has coached basketball for the Global Squad Academy where he was primary coordinator. There he did basketball training, film breakdown, planned practice and team travel, while also serving as a dorm supervisor. He also has experience with Hoop Group. For his college internship, he assisted the Department of Athletics in compliance, sports information and general administration. Additionally, he spent two years serving on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC).
