BELMONT, N.C. – The Emory & Henry College Wrestling Team (0-3, 0-3 Carolinas) fell in Conference Carolinas action to No. T-18 nationally-ranked Belmont Abbey College (2-1, 2-1 Carolinas) on Thursday night. The Crusaders topped the Wasps by a 48-3 scoreline.

The Match
- The Crusaders began the match with a 12-0 advantage due to a pair of unfilled weight classes.
- Sophomore Logan Arnold (Rocky Mount, Va.) earned a win by a 13-7 decision at 133 pounds over Maximus Buico to get the Wasps on the board. 
- Freshman Isaac Harris (Berkeley Springs, Va.) dropped his match by a 9-0 major decision at 149 pounds. 
- Freshman A.J. Marshall (Culpeper, Va.) came up short at 174 pounds as he fell by a narrow 12-9 decision.

- Emory & Henry returns home on Wednesday, December 6 when they host the Lions of Emmanuel (Ga.) University in a Conference Carolinas dual. First bout is scheduled for 7:00 p.m. as the second half of a doubleheader with the women's team.
