EMORY, Va. –  Emory & Henry College Head Women's Rugby Coach Tom "Doc" O'Neill has released the schedule for the 2024 season. The program is in its second year of varsity competition and will play a mixed schedule of rugby sevens matches and full 15s matches.

Emory & Henry starts the season on the road in northern West Virginia for a 15s match against the Cardinals of Wheeling University on Saturday, September 7. The Wasps remain on the road the following weekend as they make the trek south for the Guilford College Sevens Tournament on Saturday, September 14.

E&H kicks off its home slate on Sunday, September 22 when the Wasps play host to the Owls of Warren Wilson College in a sevens showdown. The Wasps continue their homestand on Saturday, September 28 when they welcome Guilford and the Wolves of Newberry College to Southwest Virginia for a pair of sevens matches.

Emory & Henry returns to action on the pitch on Saturday, October 12 when Wheeling makes the return trip to Emory for another 15s match. The Wasps wrap up the regular season on Saturday, October 26 with another pair of sevens matchups against Guilford and Newberry.
