Nationally-Ranked Limestone Tennis Wins SAC Matches Against Emory & Henry Friday

BRISTOL, Tenn. - The Emory & Henry College Men's Tennis Team (5-14, 1-11 SAC) and Women's Tennis Team (4-13, 0-12 SAC) fell in their final matches of the 2022-23 season to South Atlantic Conference opponent Limestone University on Friday. The No. 46 nationally-ranked Saints men's team won by a 4-1 score while the No. 50 women's squad also earned a victory by a 4-1 margin.

- Sophomore Juan Alvarez (Metepec, MEXICO) put up a tough fight at No. 3 singles but fell by a 2-6, 4-6 tally.

Women's Match
- Junior Emma Charlton (Newcastle upon Tyne, ENGLAND) won in straight sets at No. 2 singles as she took the victory by a 6-2, 6-4 margin.
- Freshman Natalie Bergmann (Forest Hills, N.Y.) came up short at No. 3 singles by a 2-6, 2-6 score.
