WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – The Emory & Henry College Men's & Women's Track & Field Teams stepped back into action on Saturday at the Wake Forest Invitational. The women's team set five new program marks while the men's squad put up three new school records.

Top Performances
- Freshman Edward Rajner (Bainbridge, N.Y.) was third in the shot put at 13.28 meters and seventh in the weight throw, establishing the record at 12.98 meters.
- Sophomore Markell Moss (Wytheville, Va.) covered the 60 meters in 8.75 seconds while junior Colt Pierce (Lockhart, Texas) went :59.68 in the 400 meters for new program bests.
- Junior Graysen Barrs (Abingdon, Va.) established records in the 60 meters (:08.73) and 200 meters (:30.52), finishing 18th in the 60.
- The 4x400 meter relay of freshman Maria Hatch (Emory, Va.), junior Erica Grupp (Charlottesville, Va.), freshman Lia Haskins (Danville, Va.) and sophomore Alette McGuire (Chesapeake, Va.) went 5:07.48 to take ninth.
