ROCK HILL, S.C. – The Emory & Henry College Women's Indoor Track & Field Team has been picked to finish 11th in the South Atlantic Conference this year by the league's head coaches. The poll was released by the SAC office on Tuesday.

E&H will compete in its second year as a member of the South Atlantic Conference during the 2024 season as it continues the transition from NCAA Division III to Division II.
Defending SAC Champion Wingate University is picked to win the league with 10 of 13 first-place votes. Lenoir-Rhyne University is second with the remaining first-place votes while Carson-Newman University is third.
Additionally, the SAC has announced its Athletes to Watch List with sophomores Delaney Eller (Salem, Va.) and Madison Ricketts (Kingsport, Tenn.) making the list for the Wasps.
Emory & Henry will get the outdoor season started on Friday at Elon University's Phoenix Invitational. The Wasps will also compete at the Concord Invitational (Apr. 12), WildCat Invitational (Apr. 20) and Cole Piper Open (Apr. 27) during the regular season. The SAC Championships will take place on Wednesday, May 1 and Thursday, May 2 at Lenoir-Rhyne University's Irwin Belk Track.
