MARYVILLE, Tenn. - The Emory & Henry College Volleyball Team (14-12) dropped a pair of matches Saturday afternoon at Maryville (Tenn.) College. Maryville defeated E&H, 3-0 (27-25, 25-19, 25-21) while Covenant won by a 3-1 (25-23, 23-25, 25-17, 25-21).

Sophomore middle Nicole Tesh (Boone, N.C.) led the Wasps with 21 kills on the day while junior outside hitter Jamie Cockerham (Galax, Va.) had 19 kills. Sophomore setter Fallon Davis (Mooresville, N.C.) dished out 53 assists in the two matches and senior libero Sam Lucado (Salem, Va.) had 51 digs.

Emory & Henry will next take the court in the 2011 Old Dominion Athletic Conference Tournament on Wednesday evening.
