BLUEFIELD, Va. – The Emory & Henry College Volleyball Team (3-8) stepped out of NCAA Division III play on Saturday morning, visiting NAIA-member Bluefield College (2-14). The Lady Rams claimed the victory over the Wasps, 3-0 (25-18, 25-13, 25-17).

Emory & Henry Individual Leaders
- Sophomore outside hitter Chelsie Crussell (Kingsport, Tenn.) led the team with 11 kills, hitting .357 for the match, and added eight digs while freshman right-side hitter Carley Williams (Bristol, Tenn.) posted six kills.
- Freshman setter Abbie Dillon (Goodview, Va.) had 10 assists and six digs while sophomore Ashley Clayton (Durham, N.C.) added eight assists and five digs.
- Senior libero Lauren Coolidge (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) put up 13 digs and two service aces as sophomore defensive specialist Abbie Jennings (Marion, Va.) added nine digs.
Bluefield Individual Leaders
- Katie Kendrick paced BC with 11 kills, seven digs, three aces and three blocks, while Taylor Southerland notched eight kills.
- Kassidy Holloway dished-out 31 assists while Leslie Flores 14 digs go along with six kills and two blocks.
