FRANKLIN SPRINGS, Ga. – The Emmanuel (Ga.) College Women's Wrestling Team (1-0) won nine weight classes on its way to a 44-4 win over visiting Emory & Henry College (1-1) Wednesday evening.

- The Lions opened the match with a 35-0 lead after earning forfeit wins at seven weight classes.
- At 130 pounds, sophomore Dafne Aguilar Martinez (Pfarr, Texas) fell by a 12-6 score while senior Andreia Langley (Chilhowie, Va.) lost by pin at 170.
- The Wasps got their lone win of the evening as freshman Brittney Reed (Sandston, Va.) was victorious at the 191-pound weight class by an 11-8 score.
