
MOUNT OLIVE, N.C. – The University of Mount Olive Women's Wrestling Team (2-0, 2-0 SACC) picked up a 39-10 dual match victory over visiting Emory & Henry University (0-1, 0-1 SACC) Wednesday evening. It was the inaugural conference dual for the Wasps.

The Match
- The Trojans started the match with a 25-0 lead due to five unfilled weight classes by the Wasps.
- E&H sophomore Natalia Sanchez (Powhatan, Va.) won by fall in 2:19 at 117 pounds while sophomore Molly Keller (Fairlawn, Va.) grabbed another victory, pinning her opponent in 2:22.
- At 138 pounds, freshman Alex Costello (Johnson City, Tenn.) lost by technical superiority, 10-0 early in the second period.
- Sophomore Madison Wilson (Henrico, Va.) lost by fall at 124 pounds (1:12) while freshman Rihana Carson (Roanoke, Va.) was defeated at 160 pounds by fall (1:14).
