The Match
- The match started with Emory & Henry leading 10-5 due to three unfilled weight classes with sophomore Madison Wilson (Henrico, Va.) and junior Ella Tallent (Dandridge, Tenn.) picking up forfeit wins at 124 and 180 pounds, respectively.
- Sophomore Natalia Sanchez (Powhatan, Va.) picked up a 10-0 technical superiority win in 1:09 at 117 pounds.
- At 145 pounds, sophomore Molly Keller (Fairlawn, Va.) earned a victory by injury.
- Senior Skie Rice (Chesterfield, Va.) gave the Wasps the final victory of the evening winning her bout by fall 3:58.
